The name "Kirschner" is a piece of my heritage, rooted in the idea of a "vinedresser"—someone who prunes back the overgrowth so that new life can flourish.

With a background as both a psychiatric and geriatric nursing aide, I’ve spent years navigating high-stakes environments where empathy and patience are just as vital as efficiency.
